Street Art: Joshua Allen Harris’ Inflatable Bag Monsters

See this is what I like. Something new and creative, a sculpture that doesn’t have to be reconciled into art spaces, or built from the usual materials like clay or bronze. But a new, inventive way of taking a regular, everyday object, such as in this case, bin bags, and transforming them into objects of even greater value. I really like the way he uses the air lifting up to not only keep up his sculpture, but also bring the animals he creates to life, making them feel more life like rather than still life.

while looking on gprime.net i found this really cool street artist, only entitled sidewalk chalk guy. His art deserves more credit than what he gets on this site, but you can see that for yourself. I really like the way the art is so basic, only using chalks on a road, no digital nonsense, and still manages to create something that is unique and interesting enough to interact with the crowd. really cool art.

Robert Scoble, known for his blog, ‘Scobleizer’, truly believes that the new Ipad is changing art and music. Not the consumption, but the synthesis.

Now I’ve always being a bit of a fan of the graphic novels, also a massive addict of Edgar Wright, for bringing us such classics as ‘Shaun of the Dead’, ‘Hot Fuzz’ & ‘Spaced’, I can safely say that the movie will be something of Interest. Especially when Michael Cera is cast as Scott Pilgrim, the most un hollywood person to ever hit the screens, with his weird posture, quirky lines and awfully awkward acting of being generally nervous about … well everything.

I can’t wait
